McCue Environmental Contracting Inc. provides services and equipment for the treatment of a range of contaminants in water including suspended solids, pH, metals, organic matter, oil and greases, free phase and dissolved hydrocarbons, volatile organic compounds, and inorganic matter including dissolved solids and salts.

Industrial/Commercial Water Treatment
McEC provides standard treatment packages or custom packages to industrial/commercial clients to address site-specific water quality requirements and constraints. Our customized packages meet a broad range of flow rate and environmental requirements in Canada and the US and can be integrated into existing industrial / commercial processes or can be commissioned as stand alone units. Our units can be installed inside or outside according to your needs.

McEC can also review EHS Compliance and Audit Program reports to identify and help prioritize wastewater management issues for our clients. We help our industrial / commercial clients to design and implement plans to standardize wastewater treatment equipment and operating procedures across their operations. These plans can be integrated with capital project plans and help our client’s meet corporate sustainability goals.

Lagoon Dewatering and Water Treatment

McEC provides a range of low-cost dewatering and water treatment equipment for industrial, mining and construction dewatering and sediment control projects. This equipment can be used in conjunction with pH adjustment equipment to correct high alkalinity from concrete work.

In cases where chemical addition is necessary to meet the water treatment objectives, chemical selection is performed on a site-specific basis employing bench-scale tests using bulk water samples. Our objective is to ensure that a safety factor of 10-20x the chemical dose rate is consistently provided through system and product specification, system optimization and daily performance monitoring. A large range of water treatment chemicals can be ordered directly from McEC.
